FAMILY FORM
A 55-minute mat-based, infrared heated, full-body sculpting experience - designed with (optional) hand and ankle weights - set to bold music in a semi-private environment.
All levels are welcome and can be accommodated.
I currently lead sessions in residence at our studio located in The Upper House, Hong Kong.
Private sessions or international pop-up classes are available by request.
I have taught sessions in Australia, Singapore, Thailand and South Korea.
